Refund and Return Policy

At Montisca, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@montisca.com with your order details.
  2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, Montisca will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for defective or incorrect items. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
